Buildings and facilities at Bucher Berg
There are three buildings at Bucher Berg where our guests can find various rooms and facilities for their wellbeing.
Some facilities, like bathrooms and showers, are open to all our guests and free of charge. Others can be rented by groups.
Only during International Camp the buildings and facilities at Bucher Berg tend to be reserved for the international camp.
The small kitchen borders the common room in the main building and is suitable for up to 30 personen.
The room is only rented to one group at a time.

Please be aware that we do not have in stock spices, kitchen towels, sponges and the like. We kindly aks you to bring those items along with your group and take the leftovers away once your stay comes to an end.
The large kitchen can be rented only by one group at a time.

- industrial dishwasher (dishwashing liquids included)
- 2 big fridges
- 1 sink and station for disinfection
- 2 kitchen sinks
- coffe machine
- multiple pots, pans, cutting boards, ladles, spatulas, cooking knifes, strainer and other cookware
Please be aware that we do not have in stock spices, kitchen towels, sponges and the like. We kindly ask you to bring those items along with your group and take the leftovers away once your stay comes to an end. There is also no tableware and cutlery in stock! Please bring your own.
The big kitchen can be used all year.
If you prefer outdoor cooking do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. We'd like to support you in organising the right equipment.
In the main building's basement rooms, which are built into the light slope you will find two seperated bathrooms with:
- 2x6 shower cabins
- 2x2 sinks
- 2x1 toilet
On the 1st floor there are 2 additional bathrooms designed to meet the needs of the disabled.
More bathrooms, cold wather showers and big sinks can be found in the rustic lavatory cabins.
On the backside of the main house, just next to the bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms designed to meet the needs of the disabled.
program building
The heated common room measures approx. 30 sqm and can be used for meetings or get-togethers when the weather is bad. There is a seating group for about 10 persons inside the room.
The kiosk ist found right next to the viewing tower. You can use it for instance as registration office, team office or storage space.
Please note, that the kiosk is not equipped with items for sale during off-season. If you want to use the kiosk as a shop you need to bring your commodities for sale.
rustic lavatory cabins
Each of the 2 rustic lavatory cabins contains 6 toilets (one of them is suitable for handicaped people), 3 cold-water showers (be aware: they're really cold!) and large washbasins. In the boys' cabin there are as well 6 urinals.
